My visit to Active Farm Schools....

Hello Everyone,

Its been almost an year I have talked with you....What to do....I am very busy with lot of activities..school...homework....outings....Playing...ofcourse last but the least...Fighting with My little bro..Cherry :P

Yesterday, I went to "Active Farm Schools" as field trip from My school...just loved the experience. I wanna share it with you all..Here we go!!!

It took a long time for me to reach there.My friends and I shared many snacks I ate lays,too yum, cheetos,chocolate muffin,two chocolates,idly,gems,stone candy,frutie tutie,cheese balls,puff corn, soya sticks ,chocos,etc...   Too many isn't it? ;)

While going there,  We saw many other places like rose garden,social forestry,temple,trees
small scale industries,forest,My class teacher's collage,my friend's house,shops,hospitals,etc through the window.

We also stopped while going as one bus was missing we waited until it came after that we continued our journey.

Then finally when we reached "Active farm schools",first we removed our socks and shoes and went to washroom though it was not that good.... It was just okay.

After that we climbed on the Bullock cart and the man sat front and ploughed the field.He also showed us how to take milk from the cow.He also gave us a chance to feed the cow.

Then we went and saw how to make soap naturally without adding chemicals.They also showed us how to make crayons,candles,slippers,rice,compost,etc naturally

Then we went to plant the trees.they gave us seeds then we sprinkled those seeds and watered them.

We also went inside mud & water mix and then kept plants (Vari Pairu) in them. U know what....In my whole class I was the one who kept them without falling. My teacher appreciated me. After that, my legs and hands are filled with mud.

For washing the mud, I pushed everyone and washed as the whole of grade four washed at the same time and made a big rush.

Then we had lunch. I tried to sit on Rock but felt very hard to sit there, I went and sat under the shade of tree. Then we made pesticides and poured it to the plants.

Then we went to tomato farm and plucked them.

Then we went to carrot farm and plucked them.

Then we went to radish farm and plucked them.

we also plucked many other vegetables and cotton as well..

He also showed the other fields,like Cabbage, Toor dal and Palak etc. 

There ends our journey with Active Farm Schools....then I came back to my bus.I was so tired that I slept the whole way back.

Once I reached school, I directly went to my home route bus and went home.

That was wonderful experience and I enjoyed a lot.....
